THREE14 Photography's studio is located in the heart of Manhasset's shopping strip on Plandome road, Nassau County NY. The studio is very private and can accommodate up to 5 persons.

At THREE14 Photography we only take a limited number of due dates per month. However, we can occasionally accommodate last minute bookings, but it's best to reserve your session in the second trimester to ensure that you can reserve a spot! 

It is also best to reserve in advanced in order to help plan the look for each set up.

At THREE14 Photography we understand that babies arrive on their own time. Upon booking with us, we softly reserve a spot within ten days before or after your estimated due date. This way we can guarantee you a spot once the baby arrives. You must finalize the session date as soon as the baby is born. Jhan will send you a prep guide to help you plan the days ahead after booking. 

Ideally, in order to get those sleepy poses that everyone loves, it's best to have the session within the first few weeks of baby's life. Babies over 3 weeks tend to have a difficult time falling into a deep enough sleep to pose them. However, given the current state of the world and hesitation by many parents, we are taking newborns on through 6 weeks of life. Just note that the older the baby is, the higher the likelihood of having the session be short and mostly swaddled so that baby stays asleep. 

Although we'd love to schedule the baby within 7-14 days after birth, At THREE14 Photography we understand that sometimes babies come with their challenges. Upon the baby's arrival, we will discuss possible days for the session based on the health of the baby and within a week after he/she is sent home. Jhan only books certain amount of sessions per month to make sure we have flexibility on the dates. 

All newborn sessions are taken Tuesday to Friday starting at 10:00am at THREE14 Photography's studio. However, in certain cases we may be able to schedule a session during the weekend for $50 based on availability.  

At THREE14 Photography we pride ourselves in creating a variety of fresh, unique, and yet simple set ups to choose from. We provide everything that you'll need for your session. Outside props are not permitted in an effort to keep everything as sanitary as possible. Every single thing that you see in our portfolio is available for all clients. if there is a particular item you wish us to use, please advise prior to booking. We can discuss and determine if it's something acceptable to use.

If you haven't contacted Us yet, please do so Here. Jhan will go through all of the logistics with you and send over a digital contract and invoice for a deposit. Once those are complete, your session is officially booked! 

After you reserve your session, you will receive a thorough prep guide which will give you all of the information that you need to best prepare for your session (i.e. what to expect, packing list, how/when to schedule, family styling, and all about the props). You will also get access to our private inventory to select your sets, then leave it all up to Jhan and watch him make magic! 

Jhan's primary focus when working with newborns is safety! You can never be too careful when handling brand new babies. Jhan has been trained by some of the best in the business on newborn safety and posing (safety should be the biggest requirement regardless of which newborn photographer you choose). Jhan is up to date on all vaccinations. Hand washing and anti-bacterial protocols take place throughout the session. The studio is maintained to the highest standards. All props, wraps, and anything that touches your little one is thoroughly cleaned before and after use. All props and items related to the chosen sets are always cleaned and prepared ahead of time.
